CFC’s new global product focuses on the two core coverages that SMEs in these regions need – Directors and Officers (D&O) and Employment Practices Liability (EPL) – whilst offering clearly defined extensions to deliver the breadth of cover individual businesses may need.

- EPL cover protecting the company against claims made by employees for employment-related issues such as the alleged violation of an employee’s legal rights
