CFC, the specialist global insurance provider, pioneer in emerging risk and market leader in cyber, today announces that specialist Australian underwriting agency, Solution Underwriting, has officially become CFC.
CFC acquired the specialist underwriting agency, focused primarily on financial lines insurance products, in April 2024.
Since then, the business has added local capabilities in cyber and transaction liability to increase its offering on the ground to Australian brokers and is planning to expand this local expertise further into management liability and tech, media and intellectual property over the coming months.
From today, the Solution brand has been retired and the business will now be trading as CFC.

CFC now has over 100 staff on the ground in five offices across four states in Australia. Its teams in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney can now support brokers in eight key business lines including cyber as well as being able to access CFC’s full global range of over 50 products. The business also has a major proactive cyber security team based on the Gold Coast.
