CFC, the specialist insurance provider, pioneer in emerging risk and market leader in cyber, today announces the appointments of Bryan Joseph and Oliver Corbett to the company’s board of directors as independent non-executive directors.

Corbett is a proven and commercially astute director with a strong track record in financial services. He is a founder and strategic advisor at boutique specialist insurance and reinsurance broker, McGill and Partners, and a non-executive director of HSBC UK and Allianz UK.

With over 40 years’ industry experience, Bryan Joseph has worked in senior actuarial roles through his career spanning the insurance and reinsurance industry internationally. He is currently a partner with Vario Partners LLP, a non-executive director of Lancashire Holdings Limited and its Managing Agency Lancashire Syndicates Limited, and the senior independent director and chair of risk committee at Sabre Insurance Group.
