Louise O’Shea takes up Group Chief Executive role at CFC

CFC is pleased to announce that Louise O’Shea has joined the business as its new Group Chief Executive*.

O’Shea was an independent non-executive director of CFC for two years from 2021 to 2023.

"Louise is a highly respected and influential voice in our industry and a business leader with significant skill and experience. O’Shea was CEO of Confused.com, the leading UK insurance financial services comparison site, for just over five years leaving the business in March 2023. She also held a number of chair, non-executive and advisory roles for a range of financial services businesses and organisations including YuLife, FinTech Wales and Insurtech UK.

Commenting on her new role at CFC, O’Shea said: “CFC is an incredible business which I am extremely committed to doing my best to lead, and building on the success the business has already achieved.
