Specialist insurance provider and leader in cyber, CFC, is the latest occupier to sign up to 8 Bishopsgate, taking 90,000 sq. ft over six floors at the landmark office building. This brings the building, which is owned by Mitsubishi Estate London and being developed by Stanhope, to 80% let or under offer following a spate of recent deals.
The company's decision to relocate to 8 Bishopsgate reflects continued occupier demand for best in class office space and a varied mix of amenities. The space taken by CFC covers floors 10-15 of the building and includes a showpiece landscaped terrace for CFC’s exclusive use on Level 11.
The move will position CFC close to Lloyd’s of London in the heart of the City, the location of choice for the UK’s top insurance, tech, finance legal and tech firms. This transition represents not only a physical move but a strategic one, positioning CFC for future growth and success in one of the most sought-after commercial buildings in London.
8 Bishopsgate, with its sustainable design and central location, continues to set the standard for premium office space with over 445,000 sq. ft of the building now let or under offer. The building's state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge technological infrastructure and collaborative workspaces create an ideal environment for business growth.
Newmark BH2 & Knight Frank acted for Mitsubishi Estate London and Stanhope. HK London acted for CFC. Legally, Mitsubishi Estate London were represented by CMS and CFC by Wedlake Bell.
