      What happens after I’ve registered?

      Once you’ve registered online, you should receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your spot.

      What if I get a place, and later can’t go?

      That would be unfortunate, but it happens. Please tell us as soon as possible so that we can cancel your registration.

      If you have a colleague who can attend in your place, we can accept substitutions up to three working days before the event…but you have to let us know in advance!

      Can I bring a colleague?

      Yes, you can…as long as they have a confirmed registration for the event. Please ask them to complete the registration form here.

      When does registration close?

      Tickets to this exclusive event are limited and we’ll close registration once we’re sold out!

      Tobacco Dock is located in East London and easy to reach via public transport, lying between Wapping (Overground) and Shadwell (Overground and DLR) stations.
