Dale C. Van Demark serves as a co-chair of McDermott Will & Emery’s Digital Health practice.
As a sought-after legal, strategic and policy advisor, he’s well-informed on integrating information technology into healthcare and has worked with clients in the realms of delivery of care, life sciences research and development, and artificial intelligence. Dale advises international clients on entering the US healthcare market and also works closely with colleagues at McDermott’s European and Asian offices to offer strategic guidance to US-based clients looking to break into new markets.

Thomas (T.J.) Ferrante is a partner and a board certified health care lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he focuses his practice on telemedicine, digital health, and virtual care, as well as a wide range of transactional and related regulatory issues for healthcare industry clients. Mr. Ferrante works with physician groups, hospitals, and entrepreneurial start-ups to build telemedicine arrangements across the United States and internationally. He has considerable experience in structuring and negotiating healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic affiliations, and financings. T.J. frequently speaks at conferences across the country on telehealth, virtual care, and health care innovation legal issues

Christa Natoli, Executive Director
CTeL Innovations
Christa Natoli provides direct legal, regulatory, policy and consultative research services to the telehealth, investment, employer and tech community. Christa has extensive policy experience and knowledge in the areas of physician and nurse licensure, internet prescribing, e-consultations, Medicaid reimbursement, mHealth, and international telemedicine. As CTeL’s Executive Director, she has led research efforts on these topics. She is a published author and noted lecturer and speaker.
Christa is also the founder of the Telehealth4Ukraine Coalition, where she convened leading experts in the telemedicine community to produce a dynamic database of healthcare clinicians and translators that humanitarian organizations can utilize for virtual humanitarian healthcare efforts in Ukraine and the surrounding region.

Jonathan Zbikowski, Forensics Manager

Jonathan has 20 years of experience in IT practices and has been working in the digital forensics field since 2014. Jonathan has performed forensics analysis for hundreds of investigations ranging from insider threats, ransomware attacks, compromised websites, to electronic funds theft and malicious destruction of data. His team, part of the 2021 Advisen Cyber Response Team of the Year, investigates hundreds of data breaches and ransomware cases annually.
