Since joining CFC in 2018, Ellie has gone on to become a rising star among our underwriter teams, demonstrating the core values that drive success: loving what you do, challenging everything and making delivery fun for ourselves and our brokers. As our Healthcare Team Leader, US & Canada, Ellie is at the heart of several key projects and initiatives, helping her team deliver a fantastic service in today’s ever-evolving industry.
This award represents just the latest step in our goal to be a real launchpad to success for our employees – it’s how we keep enhancing our products to meet the real-world needs of our brokers’ clients. To all our underwriters, we couldn’t do it without you!
