That's why we focused manpower and budget on offering a proactive cybersecurity service that would help prevent claims to sit seamlessly alongside our award-winning cyber coverage.
The culmination of this effort was the launch of Response app late last year, and we're so proud to announce that this important piece of technology was recognized at last night's Insurance Post Claims and Fraud Awards in the Insurer/Broker Claims Innovation of the Year category.

- Provide 24/7/365 access to cybersecurity and risk management tools and experts to help policyholders improve their risk posture before issues escalate to claims
- Deliver immediate technical support in the event of an incident from our responders equipped to triage the incident, identify the root cause and determine the most effective path to mitigate further damage, reducing business downtime and the overall cost of the claim
