CFC appoints Angus Marshall to head Transaction Liability team

CFC, a specialist insurance provider and pioneer in emerging risk, today announced that it has appointed Angus Marshall as its Transaction Liability Practice Leader.

Marshall joins the team from AIG where he led the UK and London Market M&A team for more than four years. Prior to this, Angus focused on emerging markets transactions at AIG having joined from international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright.
