What to expect

As an intern you'll work in our London office on either an underwriting, claims, operations or products team. You'll support real-world projects while learning from some of the best and brightest minds in the business. Find out more about our teams here

Along the way you'll receive an introduction to the insurance industry, develop highly transferable skills and gain valuable connections to help you launch your career. 

This is an in-person internship scheme, we will expect all successful candidates to be in the office full time to gain the most out of this experience.

The 2022 program will run from 4 July - 9 September (10 weeks).

Students in year 13 through their final year of university who have:

  • Good communication skills
  • Innovative and creative minds
  • Deliver results and achieve goals
  • Act with integrity
  • Excel working in a collaborative team environment
  • Based in the UK and able to commute to our London office
