Awarded for teams that raise the bar in customer service and push the limits when looking for solutions that improve their speed and efficiency, it’s no wonder we’re incredibly proud that our claims team was awarded Commercial Lines Claims Team of the Year at last week’s Insurance Post Claims and Fraud Awards.
CFC has the largest, dedicated in-house cyber claims and incident response team in the world. In 2019, we expanded these capabilities to better serve our 50,000 global customers by acquiring leading US-based incident response firm, Solis Security. With the addition of Solis, we have deepened our bench of highly skilled in-house technical cybersecurity experts who form the frontline response to any client cyber event whether a data breach, malicious cyberattack or system outage.
Our combined 40+ strong team, CFC Response, is staffed by specialists from a range of backgrounds, from ethical hacking and law enforcement to digital forensics and privacy law. Unlike third-party response teams, this function does not sit in a silo. Their threat intelligence and data gathering are fed back to our underwriting teams, so they know what to look out for when quoting risks, and also to the clients, who receive advisories on the latest cyber threats and how to avoid them.
