Finalists are shortlisted by Insurance Age, then brokers from all over the country are asked to vote for the best in each category. Brokers were asked to focus on elements that impact them: consolidation, commission and regulation. As well as, general performance and improvements to service. We were humbled to also be shortlisted in three categories; Underwriter of the Year, Best Broker Support of the Year & Best Renewals Team of the Year (wow!)
