The same survey also once again named CFC as one of the UK’s Top 25 Best Large Companies.

The Best Companies survey involves staff responding independently to questions covering eight key workplace factors of engagement. Compared to other 3-Star accredited businesses, CFC scored higher in the My Team, Personal Growth, Leadership and My Company categories, while Wellbeing recorded the biggest improvement.
