Insurance Business UK reached out to the insurance professionals across the UK and asked them to rate their employers’ performance on everything from compensation and benefits to diversity, employee development, and culture. CFC was rated the highest with a score of 84.3%, of the companies with 100-499 employees.
CFC aims to become the most highly regarded specialist insurance provider in the world and it believes it should start with its people. CFC makes sure the company and its people live their core values every day – love what you do, challenge everything, and have fun and be good. At CFC, everyone is welcome, individuality is celebrated, and empathy is cultivated.
At CFC, everyone is welcome, individuality is celebrated, and empathy is cultivated. Dave Walsh, CEO & Founder
Being part of CFC means employees are supported to build the career they’ve always wanted. The company supports professional skills training, development, and qualifications for employees within underwriting, claims, and business support functions. It also provides paid study leave and awards employees for achieving CII certifications or professional/chartered certifications.
In order for companies to be included, they were put through a two-phase process. Firstly organisations were invited to fill out an employer form, asking them to explain their various offerings and practices. Employees from nominated companies were then asked to fill out an anonymous survey evaluating their workplace on several metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and more.
