In addition to the listing, we also gained a one star accreditation from Best Companies. Accreditation starts from ‘Ones to Watch’ right through to a ‘3 Star’ status. The one star accreditation signifies ‘very good’ levels of workplace engagement. This is even more remarkable as it’s our first ever submission!
The CFC staff force recently completed the b-Heard survey, a review of how we measure, improve and recognise workplace engagement. Run by Best Companies, the same team that publishes the Sunday Star Times “Best Companies to Work For” lists, staff were questioned about seven workplace categories:
- Leadership
- Well-being
- My Manager
- My Team
- Fair Deal
- Giving Something Back
- My Company
- Personal Growth
We’re always looking to raise the bar and maintain a transparent relationship with all of our staff. In the coming months we will be looking at the survey results to identify ways we can further improve workplace engagement.
